1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Description

Happy Rock La Quinta Roofs provides roofing services including but not limited to roof repair, roof replacement, roof installation, roof inspection and maintenance, gutter installation and repair, and emergency roofing services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We serve residential and commercial properties in La Quinta, CA and surrounding areas.

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work, material cost changes, or additional services requested. We will notify you of any significant changes to the quoted price before proceeding with the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials will be honored according to their terms. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation or repair under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by acts of nature, neglect, or modifications made by others.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete your project within the agreed timeframe. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our crew to complete the work. This includes ensuring clear access to work areas and providing any necessary permissions from homeowner associations or local authorities. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and keep work areas clean.

8. Liability

Happy Rock La Quinta Roofs carries appropriate insurance for our operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided as outlined in your service agreement.

9. Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits for roofing work where required. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any homeowner association requirements. All work will be performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be subject to mediation or arbitration as specified in your service agreement.
